A business owned and operated by the Ortiz family since conception (1992), has been a long time favorite of South Beach locals. The *margaritas* are made with fresh lime juice. The tortilla chips and salsa are made fresh daily and served at every table. The seafood dishes are a specialty sure to satisfy the most discriminating taste buds.

In 1998, "The Big Ranch" underwent a renovation and expansion that brought this hideaway from a capacity of 45 people and a bar serving wine and beer to a restaurant with a full bar, catering, and free delivery, without missing a beat.
